Metrics First, Always.

I hated math in school. Absolutely despised it. But now? I’m obsessed with the numbers.

Because if you’re not tracking the right metrics, you’re just guessing. And guessing doesn't deliver predictible results.

With every client, I map the customer journey and track key metrics from top to bottom. Traffic. Opt-in rates. Click-throughs. Sales calls. Close rates. Churn. Lifetime value. The list changes depending on the business, but the goal is the same: spot the constraint.

People always want more leads. But really they want more revenue. The key to unlocking more revenue is always found in your metrics. And it's often hidden in one they're not watching.

Talk to Customers

Before we write a headline, design a funnel, or touch your messaging talk to your customers.

You might think you know what problem you solve. But it doesn’t matter what you think. What matters is what your customers say.

Talk with your customers to uncover how they describe their pain, what pushed them to buy, and what nearly stopped them. It's that simple. Get honest answers from the people who pay you and everything will become clear.

This gives us the language we need to craft content that actually converts. It also kills assumptions, fast.
