Managing internal communications and multiple high-priority projects as Senior Communications Manager at Microsoft has been my most significant career success to date. I’m eager to bring my experience and entrepreneurial thinking to a new role.
Since completing my formal marketing education at NDSU, I have coordinated multiple brand launches, designed and executed marketing strategies, and project-managed customer engagement programs.
For five years I served as a co-founder and CMO at a high-growth startup. Managed product launch of new mobile product including collateral design and writing, strategy, social media management and outreach to 240,000+ existing customers. Worked closely with product management, development, and graphic teams as the lead writer for all external marketing materials.
Assisted in executing the lobbying and government relations priorities set by c-suite executives of the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association. Responsibilities included meeting with federal lawmakers, designing materials for congressional & public events, and coordination of National Youth Program.
